Shipping Policy

At Teacher's Pet Clothing Co., we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy outlines the details of our shipping procedures, including processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations. Please read through the information below to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.


1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are processed on and shipped out on Thursday's and Friday's, excluding holidays.
  • Delays: During peak seasons (such as back-to-school or holiday periods), processing may take longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

At this time, we offer one shipping option. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery address. The available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Enjoy Free Shipping for orders $100 or more!

 


3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Please select USPS as your shipping option at checkout.
  • Shipping to Multiple Addresses: If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.


5. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances, such as:

  • Weather-related delays
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your order has been delayed or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


6. Shipping Costs

  • We offer $8 flat rate for shipping!
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
  • Shipping Charges: For orders under $150,  shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method and your location.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable package, or failure to claim the package, we will notify you. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to reship the package to the correct address.


8. Shipping to Gifts

If your order is a gift and you wish to have it sent directly to the recipient, please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. You can also include a gift message by selecting the gift option at checkout.
