Refund policy
At Teacher's Pet Clothing Co., we are dedicated to providing educators with high-quality products designed to inspire and enhance their teaching experience. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your items, please read through our Refund and Return Policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized items
- Sale or discounted items (unless specified)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at teacherspetclothingco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#) from our customer service team.
- Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided, ensuring you cover the return shipping cost (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, which will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by us (such as receiving a defective item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. However, a 100% discount code will be provided, as well as free shipping to make up for the return cost. So, the exchanged item won't cost you an extra!
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, along with a prepaid return shipping label.
